Term 1 School Fee Payment – Final Reminder
Dear Parents and Guardians,
This serves as a final reminder that Term 1 school fees are due by 31 March 2026. Kindly ensure that all outstanding accounts are settled to avoid any disruption to your child’s schooling.
Payments can be made via EFT to the school’s bank account or in person at the school’s administrative office between 07:30 and 15:00 on school days. Please use your child’s student number as the reference.
Parents experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact the school’s finance department in confidence to discuss a payment arrangement.

I wish to commend our learners who have maintained exceptional academic standards, as well as our staff for their tireless commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
I remind all learners that preparation is the foundation of success. Use every available opportunity — extra classes, the library, and peer study groups — to ensure you enter the examination period fully prepared.

Reminder: School Uniform Standards
Dear Learners and Parents,
The school administration wishes to remind all learners of the importance of adhering to the Springs Secondary School uniform code at all times.
The full school uniform must be worn correctly:
– Boys: Grey trousers, white shirt, school tie, and black formal shoes.
– Girls: Grey skirt or trousers, white blouse, school tie, and black formal shoes.
– The school blazer is compulsory on Mondays and at all formal school functions.Jewellery, excessive make-up, and non-regulation hairstyles are not permitted. Learners who arrive out of uniform without a written excuse from a parent or guardian will be required to contact their parent/guardian for a change of clothing.
